龜太郎教室:貓咪知否你叫緊他?

When we call our cat, sometimes he will come, and sometimes he seems not to hear us. Actually, when you call your cat, his gentle tail wagging is his response, meaning "I know." If there is no other response, it may mean he wants to rest, and it's best not to disturb him in this case.

Let's learn about feline "language" together! Here are five common feline tail signals:

  1. The tail is held high and curled into a hook shape.
😺Expressing happiness: "I want to play with my owner!"
  2. The tail twitches slightly 😼 to indicate curiosity: "There's prey ahead!"

  3. With its tail tucked between its legs 🙀, it seemed to be saying in terror, "What should I do…?"

  4. It slaps its tail left and right forcefully 😾 to show it's angry: "I don't want to play anymore!"

  5. A tail coiled around the body indicates unease: "Feeling cold or unwell..."
