Duties
1. Build and lead a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
2. Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly to improve customer satisfaction.
3. Analyze store sales performance and promptly develop and implement action plans to improve results.
4. Manage and monitor the implementation of company and store operating policies, rules, and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
5. Provide effective job training and coaching to store employees, motivate the team, and provide timely performance feedback.
6. Inventory management includes store replenishment, monitoring product expiration dates, and daily goods inflow and outflow.

Require
1. Form 5/Form 6 DSE level
2. Two or more years of experience in the pet industry or a similar position, or three years of experience in retail store management.
3. Possess excellent communication and expression skills.
4. Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
5. Punctuality, initiative, responsibility, and experience in raising animals are preferred.

Salary <br />Monthly salary up to $19,000

4. Those with experience in the pet industry may be considered for the position of pet consultant.
