Responsibilities
1. Build and lead an efficient team to provide excellent customer service experience
2. Handle customer opinions and complaints in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction with services
3. Analyze the store sales data, formulate and implement action plans in a timely manner to improve performance
4. Manage and monitor the implementation of company and store operation policies, rules and procedures to meet company standards
5. Provide effective job training and coaching to store staff, motivate the team and provide timely performance feedback
6. Inventory management including store replenishment, product expiration date monitoring, daily goods in and out, etc.

Require
1. Form 5 / Form 6 DSE level
2. Two years or more of experience in the pet industry or equivalent position, or three years of experience in retail store management
3. Have good communication skills and presentation skills
4. Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
5. Punctual, proactive, responsible, pet owners preferred

Salary
Monthly salary can reach$ 19,000
