Enjoy free in-store pickup service on any purchase made at the Q-Pets online store.
Free delivery within Hong Kong for orders over HKD$400. You can choose to have it delivered to a designated address or pick it up at a SF Express station or a SF Express smart locker.
We will call you before delivery to confirm the delivery time. We will do our best to deliver to your address within the specified time, but in the event of typhoons, heavy rains, or other unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time. We also suggest that you specify your convenient delivery time in your order details so that we can arrange delivery within that timeframe.
Payment methods and checkout
Q-PETS online store accepts Visa , Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay credit cards, and other payment methods. All prices and payments are in Hong Kong dollars . Please select your payment method and proceed to "Order Complete" at checkout .
View orders
After successfully placing an order, you will receive an "order confirmation" email, and you can also view your purchase history in the member page.
Use discount code
Please use your discount code in the " Discount Code " field on the order total page at checkout .
*Terms and Conditions for in-store pickup orders
- Once your order arrives at the designated pickup location, an SMS message containing your order number will be sent to your registered phone number to notify you to pick it up.
- If you are unable to collect your package within 7 days of receiving the notification, our customer service manager will remind you again via WhatsApp or email.
- If you do not pick up your order within 7 days after being contacted by customer service, we will return the order to our warehouse and process a refund for you (a handling fee of HK$50 or 8% of the order amount will be deducted, whichever is higher).
- The refund amount will be returned to your original payment account within 7 to 14 business days after the order is returned.
