[Q-Pets Pet Mooncake Pre-order] Terms and Conditions

  1. Pre-orders are open until August 16, 2024.
  2. The estimated collection period is from August 18th to September 18th, 2024. Please collect your item within the specified collection period; late collection will not be accepted.
  3. Customers who successfully pre-order will receive an order confirmation email within 2-3 business days after payment. The email will include a mooncake redemption code and a store pickup registration form.
  4. Pre-ordered mooncakes must be picked up at the store selected in advance.
  5. When you collect your mooncakes at our store, please show our staff the mooncake redemption code included in the email confirming your order. We do not accept screenshots of the order confirmation email; our staff will check the original email. If you cannot present the mooncake redemption code or the original email, we reserve the right to refuse you the mooncakes.
  6. After receiving the pre-ordered mooncakes, customers must immediately check the name, condition, and quantity of the mooncakes to ensure they are correct.
  7. Each mooncake redemption code can only be used once and can only be redeemed for one mooncake. Q-Pets is not liable for any loss, damage or expense caused or arising from the customer losing or disclosing the mooncake redemption code to any third party.
  8. Please keep your mooncake redemption code safe. Q-Pets will not be held responsible if you find that the redemption code has already been used when you try to redeem your mooncakes.
  9. The number of mooncakes available for pre-sale is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis until they are sold out.
  10. Buyers must pay the full amount when making a pre-order to complete the pre-order.
  11. Mooncakes that have been pre-ordered are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
  12. This pre-order event is offered by Q-Pet.com. By participating in this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
  13. Jebsen Consumer Products Limited (www.q-pets.com) reserves the right to change, amend, and terminate the above promotional details and/or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
