Terms and conditions for recurring orders
Recurring subscriptions offer pet owners a way to repeatedly order their favorite pet supplies for a period of their choice. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders generated through the recurring subscription program.
The recurring subscription plan includes: exclusive benefits for recurring subscription products. The frequency of subscriptions is entirely up to you, ranging from once a week to every two months. Recurring subscription orders will be automatically cancelled after a maximum of six automatic renewals (including the first order).
* Please note that your first three orders are fixed. ( Cannot be changed, paused, skipped or canceled ) .
Notification of "Upcoming Recurring Orders"
Once the next recurring order is charged, you will receive a written email notification from us confirming your order, including the date of the next recurring order, the items you ordered, and the total value of your recurring order.
Delivery time
Normally, you will receive your order within 5 business days of it being placed; otherwise, we will notify you separately. For example, if you place an order within 3 business days... moon 1 Ordered by Japan I ordered one pack of dry food and chose monthly delivery. My next order will be placed on the 4th. moon 1 You will receive your order within 5 business days .
Payment methods
Please create a recurring order using a credit card. All recurring orders will be paid for using your chosen credit card on the order date. Once you start a recurring order, we will charge you for your first recurring order. Subsequent charges will be made on the same dates as your next scheduled delivery (e.g., two weeks, one month, etc.). The recurring order system will collect your credit card information to pay for upcoming orders; customers will not need to manually pay again.
If the payment cannot be deducted from your credit card, the revolving order system will send you an email regarding the failed transaction and request that you update your payment details. Your revolving order will be generated once your payment is received.
If your order amount is less than HK$400 , we will charge HK$90. Delivery fee (HK$150 for Lantau Island and other outlying islands ) . If the delivery address is located in an inapplicable area, we will charge a delivery fee as applicable ( the same as all orders on the Q-Pets website ) .
Modify and cancel recurring orders
By joining the recurring subscription program, you commit to purchasing at least three recurring subscriptions. After the first three recurring subscriptions, you have the right to cancel one or more recurring subscriptions, modify the ordered items, change the subscription frequency, or update any customer information. However, please note that cancellations (including cancellations after three recurring subscriptions) will incur an additional service fee of 8% of the total order amount or HK$50, whichever is higher. If you have any questions, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you.
If there are stock shortages or unstable supply
If any of your recurring order products are out of stock or experience supply fluctuations, we will notify you in advance and suggest available alternatives. If necessary, we can assist you in pausing or modifying your recurring order; otherwise, the system will continue to place the order and mark it as delayed until the product is restocked.
Promotional activities
By joining the recurring subscription program, you will enjoy exclusive recurring subscription product offers. Please note that Q-Pets website promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with the recurring subscription program.
price
Prices will be automatically adjusted based on supplier price increases. Each time you place an order, the products you order will be charged at a discounted price based on the latest listed price on the Q-Pets website.
