Terms and Conditions of Subscription Order

Subscription Order provide a way for you to re-order your favourite pet products for a period of your choosing. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders generated by the Subscription Order Programme.
The Subscription Order Programme includes: Exclusive discounts on subscription orders. The frequency of your order is entirely up to you, ranging from one week to two months. Subscription orders are automatically cancelled after a maximum of six automatic renewals (including the first order).
*Please note that your first three orders are fixed (cannot be changed, suspended, skipped or cancelled). Please contact us if you need help and we will do our best to help you.

"Upcoming Subscription Order " Notification
After your next subscription order has been charged, you will receive a written notification from us via email that your order has been confirmed, reminding you of the date your next subscription order will be created, the items you have ordered, and the value of your subscription order.

Delivery Time

Generally, you will receive your order within 5 working days from the date it was placed, otherwise we will notify you otherwise. For example, if you order 1 pack of dry food on 1 March and select monthly delivery, the next order date will be 1 April and you will receive your order within 5 working days of that date.


Payments shall be made by credit card. All subscription orders will be billed to your credit card on the order placement date. You will be billed for your first delivery as soon as you start your subscription plan. Your next billing cycle will coincide with the date of your next delivery (e.g. two weeks, one month etc.). Your credit card information will be collected by the subscription application to trigger payments for each upcoming order automatically. You do not need to make manual payment for each subscription order. If your credit card cannot be charged, the subscription application will send you an email regarding the failed transaction and will ask you to update your payment details. Your order will be placed upon receipt of your payment.

If your order is less than HK$400 and the delivery address is within the delivery area, we will charge HK$90 (HK$150 for Lantau and other outlying islands) per order for delivery. If the delivery address is not within the delivery area, we will charge a delivery fee as appropriate.

Modification and Cancellation

You are required to commit to a minimum of three deliveries for your subscription order. Your first three deliveries are fixed (cannot be changed, pause, or cancel). After the first three subscription orders, you have the right to cancel one or more subscription orders, change the items ordered, change the frequency of the order, or update any of your customer information. But please note that, cancellations (including cancellations after three subscription orders) are subject to an additional service charge of 4% of the total order amount or HK$300, whichever is higher. Out of stock or fluctuating supply

If one of your product(s) included in your subscription orders is/are out of stock or facing fluctuating supply, we will notify you and suggest available alternatives. You are welcomed to pause or modify your subscription order, otherwise we will continue to place your order and mark as backordered until the product(s) are restocked.


By joining the subscription order programme, you will enjoy exclusive discounts on subscription products, please note that Q-Pets.com promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with the subscription order programme.


Prices will be adjusted according to suppliers ‘price hikes automatically. Your desired pet products will be charged at a discount based on the latest list prices on Q-pets when each subscription order is placed.
